Kemi’s story is one of heartbreak and hope. Abandoned and left to fend for herself, she was discovered with a rope around her mouth just days before she was due to give birth. It’s unclear what had happened to her, but it appeared that she had been hit by a car and left to die. Thankfully, kind rescuers found her and rushed her to a veterinary hospital.

With the help of her rescuers and the veterinary team, Kemi began to regain her health and spirit. She no longer lived like a zombie and started to enjoy her new life.
