Meet Nessa, the tiny Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy that is sweeping the internet with his adorableness and gentleness. Despite being two years old and fully developed, Nessa seems to be a tiny pup. While most cavalier dogs weigh 13 to 18 pounds (5.9 to 8.2 kg), Nessa weighs only 7 pounds (3 kg).
Fortunately, his tiny stature does not indicate anything is amiss with him. He is still a healthy and cheerful puppy who adores his owners.
